Enquiries
We use the information you submit to handle your enquiry and respond. Requests for quotations are processed as pre-contractual steps; other business enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding. Phone numbers and attachments are optional.
Sending and retention
Once activated, the form sends messages and attachments through the Resend email service to the company’s Gmail inbox. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their contractual safeguards. If email sending is not configured, the form does not send a message. Message contents and attachments are not stored in the website database. The company keeps them in its mailbox for handling the enquiry and any subsequent business relationship, or as required by applicable obligations.
Security and technical data
To limit unwanted submissions, the website retains a hashed network identifier and technical submission identifiers. Records expire within 24 hours and are deleted on the next form submission. The hosting provider may maintain operational logs. Language preference is saved only in your browser. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact the email address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
